Several laboratories belong to the Professorship Landscape Ecology and Site Evaluation and the following scientific devices:

• CFA-Analyzer (Continuous-Flow Analysis: AA3 von Seal Analytic ) for determination of phosphate, nitrate, nitrite and ammonium
• 2 gas chromatographs (2014 von Shimadzu) equipped with custom made auto-samplers can analyze air samples very efficiently and semi-automatic for CO2, CH4, N2O
• DIMATEC- TOC/DOC-Analyzer (Multi 2100S 2014 von Shimadzu) for measurement of solved organic substances
