Tools for greenhouse gas measurements

Typical CO2 fluxes based on field measurements of the project WETSCAPES and the R script „flux“ (Jurasinski et al. 2014).

One of the first publicly available R scripts for automated and standardized estimation of GHG fluxes has been developed in our working group. We also developed flexible closed chambers DOI: 10.13140/2.1.2923.4241 („Schlauben“), which have been proven to work well in fen peatlands with tall reed vegetation.
