The faculty offers the following degree programmes.

- Master Aquaculture
- Master of Civil Engineering
- Master Sustainable Agricultural Systems
- Master of Environmental Engineering Sciences
In addition, the faculty participates in the study programmes of the faculties of the University of Rostock with individual modules. This also includes involvement in the training of vocational school teachers for the vocational specialisations of agriculture and construction engineering at the Faculty of Philosophy.
The programme managers are the central contact persons for all actors involved in the study programmes: the module managers, the lecturers, the study office and the examination office. They advise prospective students and students
- on the concept and content of the degree programmes,
- on questions of study organisation,
- for the allocation of elective compulsory modules,
- in the case of failed examinations,
- on career opportunities after graduation.
There will be no more new enrolments for the degree programmes "Livestock Sciences" and "Plant Production and Environment".
Currently enrolled students are guaranteed to complete their studies in the "Livestock Science" degree programme by the end of the summer semester 2025 and in the "Plant Production and Environment" degree programme by the end of the winter semester 2025/2026.
Interested students can enrol on the Master's degree programme "Sustainable Agricultural Systems" from the winter semester 2023/2024.
