The Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences offers three Bachelor's and four Master's degree programmes in agriculture, construction and environmental sciences. Furthermore, the faculty is involved with the Faculty of Humanities in the training of vocational school teachers for the vocational specialisation of agricultural economics and structural engineering (Bachelor of Vocational Pedagogy / Master of Vocational Pedagogy).
The comparatively small and manageable faculty offers an excellent student-professor ratio for German universities. A seat is guaranteed in every lecture and seminar. The campus-like layout in Südstadt creates a family atmosphere, which facilitates joint study and creates room for creativity. Another advantage is the immediate proximity to the library, the student halls of residence and the refectory.
