Student Guides
Since the winter term 2012/13 we have Student Guides at the faculty. These are students who are at least in the 2nd year of study. What do they do?
- accompanied the students in the introductory week
- accompanied the students during the first lecture
- attempts to help with any questions and problems
- help before and during the tests
- give many useful tips
... and all that to make you a real student.

Welcome to the beginning of your studies!
We are the study guides for the 2025/2026 winter semester. At the beginning of your studies, everything is new, the day-to-day student life and how you can handle it, the city, your fellow students and much more. Thanks to our student guides at the time, we quickly found our way around the faculty, the university and the city of Rostock. Now we are ‘old hands’ at studying.
