Specialisations

The compulsory elective modules allow students to design their studies according to their individual interests and abilities and to prepare specifically for one of the Master's degree programmes or entry into professional practice. The study programme offers four specialisations.

Compulsory elective modules totalling 18 credit points must be studied in the chosen specialisation. Registration for the specialisation must be submitted in writing to the study office by the fifth week of lectures in the fourth semester at the latest.

The successfully completed specialisation will be shown on the certificate.

Of course, students are also free to attend additional courses at the University of Rostock and have these recognised and/or credited to their Bachelor's certificate. With its broad range of subjects, the University of Rostock offers numerous interesting opportunities for this.
